1. Agreement

By accessing hiscissors.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to confirmation of stock, specification and pricing. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order in writing or accept your deposit.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are quoted in USD, exclusive of freight, duties and taxes unless stated. Standard terms are T/T 30% deposit with 70% balance before shipment, L/C at sight, or PayPal for samples. See our Payment page.

4. Shipping & Risk

Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes per the agreed Incoterm (FOB / CIF / DDP). See Shipping & Delivery.

5. Warranty & Returns

Products are warranted against manufacturing defects per our Guarantee. Returns are handled under our Returns policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All site content is owned by Hiscissors / RuiRen Co., Ltd. Custom and OEM designs developed for a client remain confidential to that client.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes will be resolved amicably or through the competent courts of Guangdong.
