Order Cancellation

We understand plans change. Our cancellation policy balances flexibility with the realities of made-to-order manufacturing.

Before Production Starts

Orders may be cancelled or amended free of charge any time before production begins. Any deposit paid is fully refundable or can be credited to a future order.

After Production Has Started

Once raw materials are cut and production is underway, cancellation may incur charges covering materials and work completed. We will share an itemized statement before applying any deduction.

Custom & OEM Orders

Custom-tooled, private-mold and OEM orders are bespoke and generally cannot be cancelled once tooling or branded production has commenced.
