As a manufacturer we stand behind every scissor we make. This policy covers returns, replacements and refunds for wholesale orders.

Manufacturing Defects

Items with genuine manufacturing defects are replaced free of charge under our Guarantee. Report defects with photos within 30 days of receipt.

Shipping Damage

Notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and goods so we can file claims and arrange replacements.

Quality Disputes

If goods do not match the approved sample or specification, we will rework, replace or refund the affected quantity after review.

Non-Returnable

Custom-made, private-mold and OEM-branded products are non-returnable unless defective. Buyer’s-remorse returns of bulk stock are assessed case by case.
