Starting as a small forging workshop, we have grown into a modern manufacturing facility spanning 15,000 square meters with a monthly production capacity exceeding 2 million pieces. From raw steel to finished product — every step is precision-controlled to ensure consistent quality.
Raw Material Sourcing
We source premium steel grades including Japanese VG10, 440C, 9Cr18MoV, SK5, and 65Mn directly from certified mills. Every batch undergoes spectrometer analysis to verify chemical composition.
Stamping & Forging
Heavy-duty stamping machines precision-cut steel into blade blanks. Drop-forged models undergo high-temperature forging for one-piece integral construction and maximum strength.
Heat Treatment (Key Process)
Our vacuum heat treatment furnaces with sub-zero quenching ensure precise temperature control. This critical step determines HRC hardness and the balance between edge retention and toughness.
CNC Precision Grinding
Automated CNC grinding equipment ensures every blade achieves consistent edge angles. This is the key to ensuring angle consistency across thousands of pieces in every production run.
Assembly & Quality Check
Skilled workers assemble, adjust tension, and perform "light inspection" and cutting tests on every piece. 100% inspection ensures zero-defect outgoing quality.
Packaging & Logistics
Products are carefully packaged per client specifications (PVC, blister, gift box, leather pouch) and shipped FOB Guangzhou/Shenzhen via sea, air, or express courier.
