4-Stage Quality Inspection Process
Every scissors passes through four critical quality gates before reaching your warehouse.
IQC — Incoming
Spectrometer analysis of incoming steel batches. Verify Chromium, Carbon, Molybdenum content against specification. Reject non-compliant materials.
IPQC — In-Process
Rockwell Hardness Test (HRC) immediately after heat treatment. 100% testing ensures hardness within ±1 HRC of target specification.
FQC — Final
Functional cutting tests on every piece. Hair shears: wet tissue test. Industrial shears: multi-layer fabric. Garden shears: branch cutting. Plus light-gap inspection and tension check.
OQC — Outgoing
Packaging drop test, shipping mark verification, random sampling per AQL standards. Final photographic documentation before container loading.

How We Test Our Products
Hardness Testing
100% Rockwell Hardness Test after heat treatment on every blade. Digital tester calibrated weekly. Results certified within ±1 HRC of specification (e.g., 59-61 HRC for VG10 products).
Material Spectrometry
XRF spectrometer analysis on every incoming steel batch. Verifies Chromium (Cr 16-18%), Carbon (C 0.95-1.2%), and Molybdenum (Mo 0.75%) content against certified mill reports.
Sharpness / Cutting Test
Hairdressing shears: full-length wet tissue cut without tearing. Industrial shears: 16-layer cotton fabric cut test. Garden shears: 20mm live branch cutting test.
Salt Spray Test
Corrosion resistance testing per ASTM B117. Stainless steel products must pass 48+ hours without visible rust. Coated products tested to 96+ hours.
